wet n wild! smashbox! l’oreal paris!

My new look! Awesome, super sexy makeup combination. Very….sultry!

Sultry Goddess- Skin Genesis by L’Oreal Paris is a beautiful skin rejuvenating system, very expensive, though. Then, L’Oreal Paris Tru Match powder, any shade is fine.

After applying the powder, It’s Smashbox time! Use Wicked Lovely Blush Rush, on the apple of your cheek, and use what is left on your brush on your whole face, evenly.

Apply eyeliner, black smokey eyeshadow, preferably Koal. Then Peachy nude lipgloss.

so I just went to the store…

I bought the prettiest Lucy makeup and hair items, etc! First off, I would like to say that I am not a very big fan of really bright and dark blush. I like peachy, subtle blush, and sometimes custom colored blush. But I found the cutest dark peach blush that will match my skin tone. I currently do not know the name of the color, and can’t find the website, but I swear, Its the best blush I’ve seen in a long time! Also, got some wet n wild kinda peachy nude-ish lip shiney stuff, also can’t find the name but it’s super cute. When I find the names of these things, I’ll edit this but for now, just look at the manufacturer’s websites, and stuff!

plaid! trend for fall

Plaid is in! I’ve always been a fan of plaid, but never really wore it that much, I just couldn’t really find anything related. But of course, they’re bringing plaid back. You’re thinking, “I don’t wanna wear kilts!”. But you don’t have to, plaid is being sewn on coats, blouses, hats, etc! The best path you can go with plaid is my way. When wearing plaid, always keep the colors to a minimum. I like fall colors: brown, dark orange, deep red, dark green. Wear jackets like double pocket jackets, and swing coats, with a tight plaid blouse under the jacket. Matching headbands, bracelets, and makeup will enhance the plaid look, and will flatter you. I’ve found some beautiful Ann Taylor Loft material! The double pocket jacket, compared with a plaid blouse, is a perfect combination.

Remember to keep the colors to a minimum, and use dark colors if you do. Plaid is flattering, but wearing it the wrong way can get you fired!

men and their turn-offs

Yes, men do have makeup turn-offs. And if you don’t use the correct techniques when applying makeup, it is most likely that you will not get any eyes staring at you. Also, I want to teach some people what classy is.

Ok, I want to start off with the my favorite look. Be natural! Yes, being natural is the key. Wash your face with moisturizer soap, throw on some Tru Blend powder, Powder some shimmer bronzer, and Nyx PB13 MAUVE blush. If you have fair, pale skin, apply a light shade of peachy lip STICK. No gloss, mainly because guys find glossy lips gross, sticky, and slimy, and probably won’t attempt to kiss you. If you have more on the darker side skin, its great to stick to darker plum or apple shades. No gloss! If you want to go ‘party time’, absolutely add some lighter shades of sky blue if you have fair skin, and if you have dark skin, use dark purple or gold shades. Blue on dark skin is just too dark.

Guys like smoky cat eyeshadow. Yep. But don’t overdo it! Remember, when you are wearing BLACK eyeshadow, theres no need for eyeliner, or mascara. The smoky eyeshadow is just enough. I think a perfect lip combination with black eyes going on here, would be smashbox! ‘First define and fill in lips with the pencil, then apply the lip color for a gorgeous satin finish. WICKED LOVELY DOUBLETAKE LIP COLOR in GOSSAMER is the perfect nude shade to pair with any smoky eye look, and the sleek pencil fits into any clutch or evening bag for quick touch-ups.’

Like I said before visiting the smashbox website, I love the smokey eye look, and so does sexy Chad across the street….

Thanks for looking at my man-tips!
